What’s included in the online courses?
All courses include lifetime access to high-quality videos, downloadable project files and resources, course quizzes and knowledge checks, and 1-on-1 expert support. Last but not least, my courses are risk-free and 100% guaranteed; if you aren’t completely satisfied with your experience I’ll make sure you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Are there any requirements or prerequisites for your courses?
Although courses are designed to accommodate students of all experience levels, you should be familiar with Excel’s basic functionality and user interface before diving in. Each course begins with a review of basic, “building-block” concepts before moving into progressively more advanced and complex topics. Note that some courses are best viewed with specific versions of Excel, particularly when it comes to PivotTables and advanced BI tools (Power Query & Power Pivot). Requirements will be clearly listed in the course descriptions.
Can I take your courses on a Mac (vs. PC)?
While Mac users are certainly welcome to join, it’s important to note that what you see on your screen may be considerably different from what I’m showing on mine (particularly when it comes to charts and PivotTables). Note that Excel’s newer business intelligence tools (Power Query & Power Pivot) are currently ONLY available for specific PC versions of Excel. If you’re unsure if a course is right for you, feel free to contact me for more information.
What if I’m using an older version of Excel?
For many of my courses, you should be able to follow along with most of the course material if you are using Excel 2007 or later. However, it’s important to note that Power Query and Power Pivot require specific plug-ins or compatible versions of Excel. Generally speaking, I’d highly recommend subscribing to Microsoft Office 365 to make sure you’re always up to speed with the latest (and greatest) version of Excel. If you have any questions about compatibility, feel free to contact me for more information.
What’s your refund policy?
Satisfaction guaranteed. Period.
Do I need a subscription to view online courses?
Yes. In order to enroll in my online courses, you will need to register for a free account here. It’s about as simple as tying your shoes, and once you’re registered you can enroll in any course on the platform.
