Outline & Tabular Pivot Layouts

There are a few things in this world that will forever be shrouded in mystery: Stonehenge, the Egyptian pyramids, and the fact that Excel PivotTables default to “Compact Form. For those of you who haven’t ventured beyond the default PivotTable layouts, prepare to be ROCKED.
